Job Description
For the ZS Associates Recruitment 2026 drive, the BTS team is looking for a consultant to collaborate with client teams to shape and implement high-quality technology solutions. You will lead modules and workstreams while participating in hands-on implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
The role requires translating business problems into technical designs and working with architects to validate implementation approaches. You will also manage diverse teams and provide mentorship to junior members.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a BTS Associate Consultant at ZS Associates, your key responsibilities will include:
- Solution Delivery: Shaping and implementing high-quality technology solutions that address critical business problems.
- Technical Design: Developing a deep understanding of business problems and translating them into technical designs.
- MDM Implementation: Developing and configuring code in Informatica MDM, STIBO, or Reltio.
- Team Management: Managing a diverse team, leading task planning, and providing mentorship.
- Data Analysis: Writing complex SQL queries to retrieve data for analysis and ensuring data quality.
- Collaboration: Working with technical architects to validate design and implementation approaches.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related disciplines.
- Experience:
