Job Description
For the Capco Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Junior RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots. The role involves analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities for automation using the UiPath platform. You will be responsible for maintaining existing automation workflows and troubleshooting issues. This is a Hybrid Role requiring 3 days of work from the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and involves working in 24*7 rotational shifts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Bot Development: Designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots using UiPath.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Maintenance: Maintaining and supporting existing automation workflows and troubleshooting issues.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation (PDD/SDD) for automated processes.
- Best Practices: Following best practices for security, error handling, and scalability in automation.
- Code Review: Participating in code reviews and solution design discussions.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in a relevant field.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in RPA development.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
- Experience in analyzing business requirements for automation
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations
Competencies:
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, or VB.NET (Preferred)
- Familiarity with SQL and database management (Preferred)
- Willingness to work in Hybrid Mode (3 days WFO) and 24*7 Rotational Shifts (Work Mode)
