Capgemini Workday Recruitment Drive 2026 is hosting a mega virtual recruitment drive on September 26, 2026 for experienced Workday professionals across India. The hiring drive is open to candidates with 4 to 20 years of experience across Workday Functional and Technical domains. The recruitment drive will be conducted virtually and is open on a PAN India basis. Capgemini is looking for professionals with experience in Workday Payroll, Compensation, Time & Absence, Benefits, Workday Integrations, Workday Studio and Workday Extend. The opportunity is part of Capgemini's growing Workday practice, where professionals can contribute to global transformation programs covering implementations, integrations, testing and application management services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Workday Functional Support: Contribute to global transformation programs involving payroll implementations, enhancements, integrations and application support.
- HCM Module Expertise: Contribute to implementations, enhancements, testing, application management and process transformation initiatives for global clients across Compensation, Time & Absence and Benefits modules.
- Integration Development: Design, develop, maintain or troubleshoot Workday integrations.
- Advanced Integration: Utilize Workday Studio for complex integration requirements.
- Application Extension: Develop applications and extend Workday capabilities through Workday Extend.
- Large-Scale Programs: Contribute to large-scale Workday programs involving implementation, integration, testing and application management.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 4 to 20 years of experience (relevant hands-on experience in one or more of the Workday Functional or Technical areas).
