Job Description
Cargill Recruitment 2026 is hiring for the position of Data & AI Solutions Specialist in Bangalore. This is an experienced-level opportunity for candidates with a bachelor's degree and strong skills in SQL, Power BI, data analytics, Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions. The role focuses on collecting, processing and analyzing structured datasets, developing Power BI reports and dashboards, creating AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft tools and supporting data-driven decision-making across business functions. The selected candidate will work with cross-functional teams, digital technology teams and data engineering teams to maintain data accuracy, improve reporting processes and develop actionable insights from business data. The listed shift timing for this position is 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, and the last date to apply is ASAP.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, prepare and analyze moderately complex datasets; Extract meaningful insights from structured data; Analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Reporting Systems: Develop and maintain automated reporting systems.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop, enhance and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards; Create data models, visualizations and KPIs; Optimize Power BI reports and dashboard performance; Communicate moderately complex data clearly through visualizations.
- SQL Operations: Use SQL to extract, transform, analyze and validate data; Create and maintain database views for reporting and analytics.
- Statistical Analysis: Support statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies; Use programming or statistical tools for data manipulation and analysis where required.
- AI & Microsoft Power Platform: Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio; Build and support Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled solutions; Translate business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations; Support broader user groups through scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes; Apply standard data-management and reporting methodologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multifunctional teams to support data requirements; Collaborate with digital technology and data engineering teams.
- Data Quality Assurance: Help maintain data integrity and accuracy across solutions; Perform analyses and reporting activities to support data accuracy; Validate data for consistency, quality and security; Identify potential data-quality issues and systemic problems; Support reliable reporting and analytical outputs.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA).
Experience: Relevant professional experience (Experienced-level position).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- SQL (strong ability to extract, transform, analyze and validate data)
- Power BI (experience developing reports, dashboards, data models, visualizations and KPIs)
- Power Apps (ability to design and develop business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools)
- Copilot (familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted business workflows)
