Job Description

For the NTT Data Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is seeking an exceptional and passionate Chatbot Developer. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining conversational flows that enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or BERT. You will collaborate with product teams to create solutions, implement third-party integrations, and design effective chatbot solutions using frameworks like Dialogflow or Microsoft Bot Framework.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Chatbot Developer at NTT Data, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Bot Development: Creating conversational flows and menus for different messaging channels.
  • API Integration: Creating and maintaining REST APIs (JSON and SOAP) for chatbot integration.
  • NLP Implementation: Utilizing NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, BERT) to enhance bot intelligence.
  • Database Management: Working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases to store and retrieve chat data.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with the product team to design and implement solutions for customers.
  • UI/UX: Applying conversational UI design principles to ensure a smooth user experience.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for NTT Data Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech/MCA or relevant degree in Computer Science/IT.
  • Experience: Freshers with a strong portfolio of chatbot projects are encouraged to apply.
  • Mandatory Technical Skills:
