Cisco is hiring fresh talent for the role of Technical Consulting Engineer – Customer Experience UHR in Bangalore. Roles and Responsibilities
- Technology Engagement: Working hands-on with cutting-edge Cisco equipment and remaining at the forefront of technological innovations.
- Strategic Partnership: Becoming a strategic partner to enterprise customers, helping save their businesses from the impact of network incidents.
- Issue Resolution: Solving complex technical issues and actively preventing their recurrence.
- Knowledge Contribution: Writing highly technical documents, building out Cisco’s online technical knowledge base, and contributing to collaborative platforms to help users maximize their tech investments.
- Infrastructure Management: Managing and continuously optimizing existing networking infrastructures.
- Proactive Mitigation: Proactively mitigating and preventing network-impairing incidents before they escalate.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Recent graduate or in your final year of studies towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech). Strict Batch Criteria: This requirement is exclusively for the 2027 passout batch.
Experience: Freshers.
Competencies:
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Deeply passionate about networking, information technology, or computer science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Ability to multitask, operate as a self-starter, work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, and work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites (travel frequency will vary based on your role and technology team)
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of adjacent technologies or holding industry-recognized Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a significant plus
