Job Description
As a Graduate Specialist – Product Development, you will work alongside experienced developers to build, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications. The position has a strong frontend development focus. You will use Angular to develop responsive interfaces, implement UI components, work with forms and data binding, and integrate backend APIs. You will also receive exposure to Java and Spring Boot development. This includes assisting with backend services, implementing CRUD operations, developing REST APIs, and working with Hibernate/JPA for database integration. The third major component is database development using MSSQL. You will write queries, work with stored procedures and views, and learn the basics of query optimization and database consistency. This combination makes the position particularly useful for freshers who want to develop into full-stack software engineers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Frontend Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Angular v12+. Implement Angular UI components, forms, and data-binding functionality. Integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications. Follow UI/UX standards and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Backend Development: Assist in developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Implement CRUD operations and participate in REST API development. Work with Hibernate/JPA for database integration. Support bug fixes and performance improvements.
- Database Development: Write basic MSSQL queries, stored procedures, and database views. Assist with maintaining database consistency. Test interactions between APIs and databases. Learn and apply basic query optimization techniques.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews. Follow Agile development practices and internal coding standards. Collaborate with frontend, backend, and QA teams.
- Contribution: Contribute to the development of enterprise software modules.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience: 0–1 year of experience, including relevant academic or internship exposure.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- MSSQL, SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and relational database concepts.
- Basic understanding of Hibernate/JPA.
- Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals and CRUD operations.
- Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies.
