Job Description

As a Graduate Specialist – Product Development, you will work alongside experienced developers to build, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications. The position has a strong frontend development focus, using Angular to develop responsive interfaces, implement UI components, and integrate backend APIs. You will also receive exposure to Java and Spring Boot development, assisting with backend services, implementing CRUD operations, and developing REST APIs with Hibernate/JPA for database integration. The role also involves database development using MSSQL, including writing queries, working with stored procedures and views, and learning query optimization and database consistency. This combination makes the position particularly useful for freshers who want to develop into full-stack software engineers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Angular v12+.
  • UI Implementation: Implement Angular UI components, forms, and data-binding functionality.
  • API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
  • Standards Adherence: Follow UI/UX standards and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Backend Assistance: Assist in developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • CRUD Operations: Implement CRUD operations and participate in REST API development.
  • Database Integration: Work with Hibernate/JPA for database integration.
  • Bug Fixes and Performance: Support bug fixes and performance improvements.
  • Database Development: Write basic MSSQL queries, stored procedures, and database views.
  • Database Maintenance: Assist with maintaining database consistency.
  • Testing: Test interactions between APIs and databases.
  • Query Optimization: Learn and apply basic query optimization techniques.
  • Agile Participation: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
  • Standards Adherence: Follow Agile development practices and internal coding standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with frontend, backend, and QA teams.
  • Contribution: Contribute to the development of enterprise software modules.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience: 0–1 year of experience, including relevant academic or internship exposure.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Angular.
  • Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
  • MSSQL, SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and relational database concepts.
  • Basic understanding of Hibernate/JPA.
  • Git and GitHub.
  • Understanding of software development fundamentals and CRUD operations.
