Job Description
For the FICO Internship 2026, the company is seeking an intern who is eager to learn and take on challenges in a dynamic IT environment. You will assist in monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure services for FICO products.
The role involves supporting Event Management and Incident Management following defined SLAs. You must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, ensuring high availability of services.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Corporate IT Operations Intern at FICO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring: Assisting in the monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure services for FICO products.
- Incident Support: Supporting Event Management, Incident Escalation, and Resolution following defined SLAs & OLAs.
- Routine Tasks: Performing routine tasks assigned related to product monitoring and service health.
- Project Support: Supporting IT projects and rollouts as assigned by the team.
- Availability: Working in a 24/7 environment to ensure continuous service operations.
