Job Description

For the CSC Internship 2026 program, the team is looking for an energetic Intern to assist in servicing the IT support needs of end-users and clients. You will be responsible for providing both onsite and remote support under the guidance of experienced team members. You will work as a member of the Global IT Organization, handling support tickets and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires a logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to cope with rapidly changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • IT Support: Assisting in providing support to all internal/external teams for tech/operational queries.
  • Ticket Management: Handling a variety of tasks and support tickets to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Remote Support: Providing local support to onsite users and remote support to the global user base.
  • Documentation: Helping prepare reports, presentations, and maintaining documentation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with team members on various projects and attending workshops.
  • Administrative Tasks: Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc.

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers/Interns are eligible).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Proficiency in any scripting skills (PowerShell, Terminal, CMD, etc.) is a huge plus.

Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid, energetic, and flexible teammate.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
