Job Description
As a Custom Software Engineer at Accenture, you will engage in the development of tailor-made software solutions designed to meet specific enterprise business needs. Roles and Responsibilities
- Custom Coding: Code, test, and enhance custom software components to deliver highly scalable and performant software solutions.
- Collaboration: Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements and translate them effectively into clean technical specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in active debugging and troubleshooting activities to resolve critical software issues and boost overall application speed.
- Process Optimization: Contribute ideas to the continuous improvement of software development architectures and standard documentation workflows.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Minimum of 15 years of full-time formal education with a graduate degree (B.E / B.Tech / Any Degree).
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in enterprise application development or technical internships.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong foundational proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
Competencies:
- Good-to-Have Skills: Conceptual understanding or hands-on exposure to SAP Fiori and UI5 frameworks.
- Secondary Competencies: Basic understanding of relational database management systems, data modeling concepts, modern Agile workflows, and distributed version control using Git.
