Job Description
For the FICO Internship 2026, the company is seeking interns for Automation and Development within the Cyber Security Team. This role focuses on application and infrastructure automation using Python and Shell scripting within cloud environments.
Interns will gain hands-on experience with APIs, cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC). You will build strong foundations in Development, Automation, and modern DevSecOps practices while working on real-world cyber security engineering tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Cyber Security Intern at FICO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Automation: Developing and enhancing automation scripts in Python and Shell.
- Pipeline Building: Assisting in building security automation pipelines and workflows.
- CI/CD Integration: Supporting the integration of security tools into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
- Cloud Security: Working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) on security automation and monitoring.
- Threat Management: Helping maintain and improve automation for vulnerability management, threat detection, and compliance tasks.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with development and security teams on secure development practices.
- Documentation: Documenting scripts, processes, and automation frameworks.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for FICO Internship 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or relevant fields.
- Coding Skills:
- Good coding skills in C++ or JAVA.
- Strong scripting knowledge in Python and Shell.
