Job Description
For the Cyncly Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for an AI/ML Engineer with an R&D mindset. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing state-of-the-art solutions utilizing AI and Computer Vision models. The role extends to crafting and deploying REST APIs that integrate AI solutions with client applications. As part of the central AI Engineering team, you will support the entire organization by building robust build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and working with Vector Databases.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Design data solutions and build REST APIs to meet business requirements.
- Database Management: Design DB schema for Vector Databases and write efficient, scalable queries.
- Innovation: Create quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate technology capabilities.
- DevOps Integration: Build robust deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps tools and ensure CI/CD.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and debug issues to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
- Security: Understand cyber security threats and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, AI, or related fields.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in the AI/ML space.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of Python.
- Exposure to libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Pillow, scikit-image.
- Familiarity with Deep Learning, Gen AI, and Computer Vision concepts.
- Good knowledge of SQL.

- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills to work with multifunctional teams.
