Job Description

For the Cyntexa Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking an Associate Software Developer with strong logical and analytical capabilities. You will be part of a team working on high-quality, scalable applications using Salesforce and ServiceNow. Training Program: Candidates new to these platforms need not worry. Cyntexa provides extensive hands-on training on Salesforce, ServiceNow, and related technologies for the initial 6 months to help you build a strong technical foundation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development: Develop, implement, and maintain new software/applications using industry best practices.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high quality and performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and develop technical specifications.
  • Code Review: Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
  • Documentation: Document software designs, processes, and procedures for future maintenance.
  • Integration: Assist in the integration of software components and third-party libraries.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience or internships in software development is a plus, but Freshers are eligible.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python) is a prerequisite.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IDEs, version control systems, and testing frameworks is "Good to have".
