Job Description
For the Danaher Recruitment 2026 drive, the company is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to develop and maintain molecular diagnostics application software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Full-Stack development utilizing Java for the backend and Angular for the frontend. In this role, you will work with distributed teams in a global setting, implementing automated testing strategies and integrating software with firmware/hardware systems. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Software Development: Developing and maintaining diagnostics application software using Java and Angular frameworks.
- Testing: Implementing automated testing strategies across unit, component, and system levels.
- Integration: Integrating software components with firmware and hardware systems.
- Compliance: Collaborating with quality and technical support teams to ensure FDA and ISO compliance.
- Development Cycles: Contributing to cross-functional development cycles using Agile methodologies and Git.
- Cloud Design: Designing cloud-native applications using AWS services.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java (Backend) and Angular (Frontend) (Full-Stack Skills)
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud deployment and cloud-native applications (Cloud Skills)
- Experience in low-level software design and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles (Design Skills)
Competencies:
- AWS Certification and experience with AI leveraging (Preferred)
