Job Description
Cargill Recruitment 2026 is hiring for the position of Data & AI Solutions Specialist in Bangalore, Karnataka. This role is for experienced candidates with a Bachelor's degree and strong skills in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled business solutions. The role focuses on collecting, preparing and analyzing structured datasets, developing Power BI dashboards, creating automated reporting solutions and supporting AI-enabled applications using Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Candidates will work closely with cross-functional, digital technology and data engineering teams to deliver accurate, data-driven insights and solutions. The position involves data validation, statistical analysis, process improvement and business reporting. The shift timing is 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Collect, process, prepare and analyze moderately complex datasets.
- Extract Insights: Extract meaningful insights from structured business data.
- Automated Reporting: Develop and maintain automated reporting systems.
- Power BI Development: Develop, enhance and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Data Modeling: Create data models, visualizations, KPIs and performance-oriented reports.
- SQL Operations: Use SQL to extract, transform, analyze and validate data.
- Database Views: Create and maintain database views to support reporting and analytics requirements.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
- Process Improvement: Implement improvements to data collection and reporting processes.
- Methodology Application: Apply established methodologies for data management and reporting.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional, digital technology and data engineering teams.
- Data Integrity: Support data integrity and accuracy across reporting and analytics solutions.
- Actionable Insights: Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for decision making.
- Reporting & Analysis: Perform reporting and analysis to support data accuracy, consistency and security.
- AI Solutions: Develop AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Copilot Studio Agents: Build and support Copilot Studio agents for broader user groups.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA).
Experience: Practical knowledge of data analysis, SQL, relational databases, reporting and Microsoft data and AI technologies.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- SQL: Strong SQL skills for extracting, transforming, analyzing and validating structured data
- Power BI: Ability to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, data models, KPIs and visualizations
- Power Apps: Ability to design and develop business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps
- Microsoft Copilot: Familiarity with Microsoft's AI capabilities and Copilot-based solutions
- Copilot Studio: Ability to build and support AI agents and AI-enabled solutions
- Relational Databases: Experience working with structured datasets and database views
- Data Analysis: Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and actionable insights
- Data Validation: Understanding of data accuracy, consistency, quality and security
