Job Description
Mphasis is scheduled to hire for the role of Data Analyst (Graphics Data Transition Analyst). We are seeking an Application-centric Graphics Data Transition Analyst to support delivery on an enterprise packaging and labeling application platform (Kallik Veraciti). This role is situated within an Applications/ADM delivery model, combining graphics artifact engineering with structured application data transition and validation activities. The position is designed for professionals who operate comfortably within platform-led implementations, system workflows, and controlled release environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Application Graphics Engineering: Configure, create, and validate graphics artifacts within an enterprise SaaS application platform. Execute artwork generation and updates using platform-driven workflows, templates, and validation rules. Ensure graphics artifacts comply with technical specifications, regulatory constraints, and application standards. Translate client packaging, labeling, and design inputs into system-ready application outputs. Perform detailed validation between source assets and system-generated artifacts ensuring accuracy. Support application defect analysis and rework cycles related to graphics behavior within the platform.
- Application Data Transition & Validation: Support application data transition activities as part of onboarding, migration, or change programs. Perform source to target mapping, validation, reconciliation, and exception analysis within the application context. Execute structured data loads aligned to predefined templates, rules, and migration runbooks. Perform post-migration quality checks and audit validations to ensure data integrity across application modules. Partner with SMEs and Project Managers to identify data-related risks, dependencies, and remediation actions.
- Delivery & Engineering Collaboration: Work within project-based delivery models aligned to SOWs and implementation plans. Collaborate with Application SMEs, Project Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams. Participate in delivery checkpoints, defect triage discussions, and release readiness activities. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies with a solution-oriented mindset. Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery templates, validation frameworks, and quality standards.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Good hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience working with platform-based graphics or digital asset workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Experience working with PDF and structured document formats.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and validation capabilities within system-driven environments.
- Ability to interpret business, regulatory, and functional requirements into application-ready outputs.
- Familiarity with controlled change, quality gates, and release discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, structured approach.
- Exposure to regulated industries (Pharma, FMCG, Cosmetics, Food, Medical Devices).
- Experience with labeling, packaging, or compliance-driven applications.
- Prior involvement in application migrations, platform onboarding, or system transitions.
- Familiarity with barcode standards and labeling compliance rules.
