Q2 ebanking Internship 2026 is offering an opportunity for the position of Data Migration Intern in Bengaluru. The role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This internship is part of Q2's data migration team, which is responsible for moving client online banking data from legacy systems to the Q2 platform. The role combines database management, SQL scripting, Python, .NET programming, automated processing, troubleshooting and data migration. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timelines. The role may require weekend work and occasional late-night or early-morning support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Automated Processes: Construct and schedule automated processes.
- Custom Scripting: Create custom processing scripts for data migration and technical tasks.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex client application, integration and environment issues.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer data migration problems.
- Documentation: Document and track changes made in production environments.
- Assignment Management: Manage multiple assignments and prioritize escalated cases.
- Technical Escalation: Escalate unresolved technical problems to the appropriate teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Implementation Teams, Data Center Operations, QA and Development teams.
- Change Control: Follow internal change control processes for production modifications.
- Knowledge Contribution: Contribute to the knowledge and FAQ database for supported software.
- Policy Adherence: Follow security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 0–2 years.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- SQL: Knowledge of relational databases and SQL scripting
- T-SQL: Experience with advanced SQL scripting and data processing
- Python: Ability to use Python for scripting and automation
- .NET: Familiarity with .NET programming
- Database Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts
