Job Description
Deloitte is currently hiring for the role of Associate – Talent Development (LDS – Instructional Design) in Bengaluru. If you have a passion for telling compelling stories, strong writing skills, and a creative mindset, this is a great opportunity to join Deloitte’s Learning Design Services (LDS) team. Graduates in any stream with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Analyzing learning design requirements and defining project scope for assigned work.
- Design & Development: Designing and developing learning deliverables in line with project scope.
- Material Creation: Developing training materials, including storyboards, video and audio scripts, hands-on activities, instructor and participant guides, job aids, diagrams, pictures, and self-study material.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with subject matter experts and supporting instructional design needs across Deloitte US firms.
- Communication: Communicating project status to the project manager and flagging issues that impact project delivery.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 1-4 years of experience developing training solutions, including self-paced learning, instructor-led trainings (ILTs), virtual instructor-led trainings (VILTs), job aids, and quick reference cards (QRCs). Experience communicating with stakeholders across different levels. Experience collaborating with visual designers and technical teams.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Competencies:
- Experience using authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline.
