Deloitte is hiring for the position of Services Associate – Business Development and Account Enablement in Hyderabad. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MBA qualification and 1–2 years of experience in knowledge management can apply for this opportunity. The role is part of Deloitte's Global Audit & Assurance Products and Solutions Center of Excellence and focuses on content management, knowledge management, XML-based publishing, content quality, stakeholder coordination, documentation, testing, training, and process improvement. Candidates should have a strong academic record with 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout and should have no active backlogs. Experience with XML, HTML, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, content management, or knowledge-management environments can be advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge Management: Help organize, maintain, publish, and update information used by Deloitte teams and stakeholders.
- Content Management: Maintain content across Deloitte audit platforms, including content updates, validation, publishing, quality checks, localization updates, and content consistency.
- Content Quality: Responsible for maintaining content quality, completeness, and consistency, checking for missing information, incorrect formatting, broken links, inconsistent terminology, and incorrect versions.
- Testing Support: Support testing activities for new content solutions, coordinating with leadership, content, technology, and business-support teams.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Global and member-firm stakeholders, communicating clearly, tracking requests, and ensuring content-related requirements are completed accurately.
- Project Management Support: Update project trackers and support project-planning activities.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare training documentation and knowledge materials, and support or facilitate knowledge-transfer sessions.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, or MBA qualification. Academic requirement: 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout academics. No active backlogs.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in knowledge management. Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in a content management or knowledge management environment.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Experience with XML and HTML.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of VBA is a plus.
