Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Developer L1 at Wipro, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Development: Developing software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Analysis: Analyzing client requirements and converting them into feasible designs.
  • Testing & Validation: Developing and automating processes for software validation, designing test cases, and executing them.
  • Debugging: Modifying software to fix errors, improve performance, or adapt to new hardware.
  • Documentation: documenting code, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams to ensure proper understanding of the software.
  • Customer Focus: Ensuring high-quality interaction with customers via email and calls, and responding to requests timely.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on project specifications, activities, and status.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Wipro Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in a relevant field.
  • Mandatory Skill: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud Admin.
