Job Description
EA Internship 2026 is an opportunity for students interested in Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and software development. Electronic Arts is hiring Data & AI Engineering Interns for its Data and Analytics team in Hyderabad. The internship is designed for candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field. Applicants should have strong fundamentals in Python, SQL, programming, and problem-solving, along with a basic understanding of databases, data pipelines, APIs, and Generative AI. This internship focuses on the intersection of modern data engineering and AI, with interns developing AI-assisted data solutions and working with LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, tool calling, and agentic workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop AI-assisted Data Solutions: Work with data engineers, architects, and analysts to develop AI-assisted data solutions using Python, SQL, Large Language Models, and cloud data technologies.
- Data Ingestion: Develop Python and SQL solutions for bringing data from source systems into processing and analysis environments.
- Data Transformation: Clean, transform, and standardize data before it can be used for analytics or AI applications.
- Data Validation: Implement checks that verify data quality and identify incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information.
- ETL and ELT Pipelines: Assist with scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
- Generative AI Workflows: Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, tool calling, and agentic workflows.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers / Experienced. Strong programming and problem-solving fundamentals.
