Job Description
For the EagleView Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for an AI Automation Engineer to build, deploy, and maintain intelligent workflows and autonomous agents. This role focuses on a modern tech stack that includes Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, and n8n. You will be responsible for integrating Generative AI solutions into enterprise workflows and developing lightweight automation scripts using Python. The role demands a proactive "builder" mindset with an eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Workflow Development: Supporting the development of AI-enabled automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Copilot Studio.
- GenAI Integration: Integrating Generative AI and agent-based solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock into enterprise workflows.
- Orchestration: Building event-driven and API-based automations using n8n to connect systems.
- Scripting: Developing automation services and scripts using Python to extend platform capabilities.
- DevOps: Participating in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and standard DevOps practices.
- Monitoring: Tracking the performance of AI automations and troubleshooting issues in Microsoft/AWS ecosystems.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 1–2 years of foundational experience in software engineering, AI, or automation roles.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Python for scripting/automation
- Working knowledge of Low-code / No-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform / n8n)
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts (LLM orchestration, Prompt Engineering)
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and event-driven integrations
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and Version Control (Git)
Competencies:
- Exposure to AWS Services (specifically AWS Bedrock) (Preferred)
- Experience with ReactJS or TypeScript (Preferred)
- Internship or project experience delivering AI-assisted solutions (Preferred)
