Job Description
For the Eightfold AI Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Software Engineer who can develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications. You will be part of a deeply technical, execution-driven organization that values ownership and high standards. As a Software Engineer, you will explore distributed systems and microservices while collaborating with Product Management and Design teams. You will prototype new ideas to improve the user experience and participate in technical discussions to enhance software quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Application Development: Develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications with an emphasis on quality and performance.
- System Design: Explore and learn about distributed systems, microservices, and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work with Product Management and Design teams to iterate and enhance the product.
- Prototyping: Prototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experience.
- Code Quality: Participate in technical discussions and plans to improve overall software code and quality.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Experience in mainstream languages, preferably Python or Java.
- Proficiency in ReactJS.
- Familiarity with Flask, TensorFlow, Apache Spark, Solr.
- Experience with Docker, MySQL, AWS, Redshift.
Competencies:
- Self-starter attitude, desire for ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
