Job Description
For the Aptean drive, the company is looking for a passionate and adaptive Vibe-Coder. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving problems through code and pushing the boundaries of productivity with AI-driven approaches.
You will work closely with global teams to debug, optimize, and accelerate development across multiple technology stacks (including legacy ones) using AI as a key enabler. You will utilize tools like GitHub Copilot, Cline, and V0 to automate repetitive tasks and elevate code quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Engineer, Associate at Aptean, your key responsibilities will include:
- AI-Assisted Coding: Writing and debugging code in core languages (Python, Java, C#, C++) using AI models.
- Optimization: Using AI tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize software across various platforms in the ERP domain.
- Adaptability: Rapidly adapting to different programming environments and languages (e.g., .NET, Java, legacy stacks).
- Automation: Harnessing AI to automate repetitive tasks and boost developer productivity.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with senior engineers on product development, testing, and maintenance.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Aptean drive, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech qualifications.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in software development.
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficient in coding and debugging in at least one programming language.
- Hands-on experience with AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cline, V0, Windsurf).
- Familiarity with VS Code IDE is mandatory.
- Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to multiple technology stacks (.NET, Java, Mobile App Development).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
