Job Description
For the Episode Six Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is looking for ambitious Engineering graduates to join as Graduate Trainees. The role involves a mix of Software Development, Testing, and Production Support. You will participate in training sessions, understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and assist in debugging and troubleshooting software solutions. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts (APAC, UK, US hours) to support global clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Development & Maintenance: Writing code, assisting in software upgrades, and learning new programming languages relevant to the job.
- Testing & QA: Developing detailed test cases, executing them, analyzing results to identify defects, and ensuring products adhere to quality standards.
- Production Support: Monitoring email alerts from Production environments, identifying errors in job execution, and debugging client-reported issues.
- Documentation: Developing and maintaining documentation for future reference.
- Collaboration: Working with senior engineers to implement design specifications and contributing to team meetings.
- Support Shifts: Willingness to work in shifts (APAC, UK, US hours) and provide weekend support on a rotational basis.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech (Preferably Computer Graduates) from 2024 or 2025 Batch.
Experience: 0-1 Years of experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in several programming languages.
- Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project.
- Ability to analyze application logs and perform Database validation.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
