Job Description
For the Eurofins Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Process Executive to manage transactional processes related to HR and Payroll for the North American region. You will support US HR teams with benefits reporting and handle semi-voice projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing project with semi-voice support and possess good logical reasoning skills. Proficiency in Lawson software is an added advantage. You will be responsible for creating process documents and monitoring SLAs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Transactional Support: Work on transactional processes related to US HR & Payroll.
- Reporting: Support US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting requirements.
- Semi-Voice Support: Handle semi-voice projects related to HR and Payroll for the North American region.
- Process Management: Create process documents and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve customer issues related to support requirements.
- Performance Improvement: Maintain and improve key performance measures for the process.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience (Freshers with relevant skills can apply).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Experience in managing HR or Payroll processes for the US.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Competencies:
- Experience with Lawson software is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
