Job Description

For the EY Off Campus Drive 2026, the team is looking for an Analyst / Associate Consultant to work on Cyber Transformation projects. You will engage in the execution of deliverables, identifying risks, and ensuring high-quality service. The role requires a strong understanding of networking protocols (OSI Layer, TCP/IP) and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for reviewing working papers, suggesting ideas for improving productivity, and managing engagement budgets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Engage in Cyber Transformation projects and execute deliverables effectively.
  • Risk Management: Report identified risks within engagements and share issues with senior team members.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and schedules for delivery to clients and other parties.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to technical challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility and providing support.
  • Productivity: Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for client service improvement.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Stats, Maths, CS) / MBA. Background in Computer Science and Programming.

Experience: 0 – 4 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and concepts of OSI layer and protocols.
  • Understanding of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux) and Database security.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, IDS, IPS).
  • Familiarity with Cyber/Information Security concepts, risk, and controls.

Competencies:

  • Knowledge of standards like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST (Added Advantage).
  • Familiarity with tools like Nessus, NMAP, BurpSuite (Added Advantage).
  • Certifications like CEH or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are a plus.
