Job Description
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Application & Tool Support Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining internal IAM applications and enterprise compliance structures. This role functions as Level 2 and Level 3 (L2 + L3) technical support, ensuring seamless identity provisioning, customer account management, and access resolutions across multiple complex environment configurations and global platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical infrastructure support for user account inquiries, access updates, and cloud account provisioning issues.
- Support And Maintain: Support and maintain tools used for shared folder access management, custom PowerShell utilities, and SailPoint IIQ frameworks.
- Troubleshoot And Resolve: Troubleshoot and resolve Azure Active Directory / Entra ID synchronization faults, clear account conflicts, and manage enterprise security access permissions.
- Conduct Detailed, Operations-level: Conduct detailed, operations-level root cause analysis to recommend permanent workflow improvements and prevent recurrent access failures.
- Build Operational Dashboards: Build operational dashboards, tracking metrics, and automation components using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Drive Personal Task: Drive personal task priority lists with minimal supervision to maintain strict SLA fulfillment timelines.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 1-3 of hands-on experience or exceptional internship experience in software testing, particularly with Android OS testing environments.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large data processing; direct interest in AI platforms (such as MS Copilot) is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with writing or debugging basic automation scripts via PowerShell, Python, or R.
- Strong problem-solving instincts to troubleshoot Active Directory users, security groups, and object management configurations.
Competencies:
- Working familiarity with large-scale corporate IT helpdesk structures and global service delivery networks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with global tech teams and business end-users.
- Ability to remain organized and adapt smoothly inside a fast-paced identity security landscape.
