Job Description

Are you ready to innovate for one of the world's most recognized logistics leaders? FedEx is officially hiring for the Full Stack Developer I position at their Hyderabad tech hub. This role is a fantastic opportunity for freshers (Associate level) and early-career engineers with up to 5 years of experience. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with Advisors to define solution designs and break down epics into capability features.
  • Code Implementation: Write and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performing code and microservices.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed solutions.
  • Code Review: Drive code reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing best practices.
  • Development Lifecycle: Participate in all layers of the development lifecycle: design, code, test, and deploy.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and demo content for stakeholders.
  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor for junior developers, ensuring knowledge transfer across the team.
  • CI/CD & Communication: Support CI/CD activities and facilitate cross-team communication in large development efforts.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related fields.

Experience: Prior experience not required (Ideal for Freshers) for Associate level.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Competencies:

  • Exposure to Java/Spring Boot, Angular, or .Net Core.
  • Familiarity with Git and basic SQL (Oracle or SQL Server).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment (SAFe Agile awareness is a plus).
