Job Description
For the Fortrea Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a dynamic apprentice to participate in and execute entry-level department functions in accordance with Fortrea and sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will primarily be analyzing and programming clinical trial data. The core scope of this project is to understand the drug development process and its evolution into modern drug design. You will gain profound insights into clinical trial protocols, Informed Consent Forms (ICF), Case Report Forms (CRF), and regulatory submissions like IND and NDA applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze and program clinical trial data to support the drug development pipeline.
- Process Understanding: Gain hands-on knowledge of clinical data organization, understanding, and analysis.
- Reporting: Finalize reports focusing on the efficacy and safety of new developmental pharmaceutical products.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in preparing and understanding regulatory submissions for Investigational New Drug (IND) and New Drug Application (NDA) processes.
- Apprenticeship Execution: Execute assigned entry-level functions strictly adhering to corporate and sponsor SOPs.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must hold a B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT, MCA, or M.Sc. in Statistics.
Experience: Freshers (young and enthusiastic programmers eager to join a dynamic team).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Excellent core programming skills are a must.
- Good knowledge of SQL and the UNIX environment.
Competencies:
- Technical/functional knowledge of Statistics or the Clinical domain.
- Knowledge and experience in SAS, R programming, or Python.
- Must be willing to work in an office-based role, 5 days per week, on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
