Job Description
Franklin Templeton Recruitment 2026 is hiring for the Software Engineer role in Hyderabad. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc qualification and 1–2+ years of experience in full-stack or web application development can apply for this opportunity. Roles and Responsibilities
- Web Application Development: Develop and enhance modern web applications using React.js.
- Backend Services and APIs: Build backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
- UI Components: Create reusable UI components and shared libraries.
- User Interfaces: Deliver responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Platform Integrations: Develop RESTful APIs and platform integrations.
- Data and Workflow Services: Integrate applications with enterprise data and workflow services.
- Authentication and Authorization: Support authentication and authorization using Okta standards, OAuth2, and OIDC.
- Code Quality: Write high-quality, well-tested, and secure code.
- Deployment Automation: Contribute to deployment automation and continuous integration processes.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Support application monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- AI-Assisted Engineering: Use AI coding assistants to improve productivity and software quality, and explore Agentic AI concepts.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers, participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, and share technical knowledge and engineering best practices.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
Experience: 1–2+ years of full-stack or web application development experience.
