Job Description
For the Fujitsu Off Campus Drive 2026, the HR team is seeking enthusiastic BBA graduates to join as Apprentices. This role is designed to offer broad exposure to the entire spectrum of global HR operations. You will support critical transactional HR tasks and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. You will rotate across various HR functions to identify your areas of strength. This includes managing pre-onboarding documentation, conducting background verifications, and facilitating the offboarding processes, all while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Onboarding Support: Support comprehensive pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities for new employees.
- Lifecycle Management: Assist in full employee lifecycle processes, including structured offboarding and detailed background verification protocols.
- Query Resolution: Actively participate in the AskHR ticketing system, resolving employee queries and handling other transactional HR tasks efficiently.
- Compliance: Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain high standards of organizational compliance.
- Cross-Functional Rotation: Rotate across different HR sub-functions to gain broad operational exposure and identify long-term career strengths.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must be a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) graduate from an AICTE-approved institute or equivalent.
Experience: Recent graduates (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches). Must not have previously worked as an apprentice anywhere else.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Valid, official degree certificate
- Not currently registered on the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal with another organization
Competencies:
- Basic understanding of HR, Finance, or Legal domains (Preferred)
- Japanese language proficiency (Strong advantage)
