Job Description
Genpact Recruitment 2026 is hiring freshers for the position of Business Analyst – 4A in Bangalore. The opportunity is suitable for candidates with qualifications such as B.Com, BA, B.Fin, MBA or Business Analytics and an interest in business analysis, technology strategy, reporting and stakeholder management. The Business Analyst role involves evaluating technology needs, understanding business requirements and helping organizations identify appropriate technology solutions.
