Genpact Recruitment 2026 is hiring freshers for the position of Business Analyst – 4A in Bangalore. The opportunity is suitable for candidates with qualifications such as B.Com, BA, B.Fin, MBA or Business Analytics and an interest in business analysis, technology strategy, reporting and stakeholder management. The Business Analyst role involves evaluating technology needs, understanding business requirements and helping organizations identify appropriate technology solutions. Candidates will conduct technological assessments, analyse market trends and industry practices, and provide recommendations for technology investments. The position also involves preparing business cases for technology investments and supporting the evaluation and integration of technology systems. Candidates will work with stakeholders to understand business needs and assist with implementing suitable technology solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are important because the role requires candidates to work with stakeholders and present reports to senior management.
