Job Description
Genpact is hiring freshers for the position of Business Analyst – 4A in Bangalore. The opportunity is suitable for candidates with qualifications such as B.Com, BA, B.Fin, MBA or Business Analytics and an interest in business analysis, technology strategy, reporting and stakeholder management. The Business Analyst role involves evaluating technology needs, understanding business requirements and helping organizations identify appropriate technology solutions. Candidates will conduct technological assessments, analyse market trends and industry practices, and provide recommendations for technology investments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct technological assessments.
- Develop business cases for technology investments.
- Analyze market trends and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Understand business needs and translate them into relevant requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of technology systems.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance; Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics (B.Com, BA, B.Fin, MBA).
