Job Description
Genpact Recruitment 2026 is hiring freshers for the position of Business Analyst – 4A in Bangalore. The opportunity is suitable for candidates with qualifications such as B.Com, BA, B.Fin, MBA or Business Analytics and an interest in business analysis, technology strategy, reporting and stakeholder management. The Business Analyst role involves evaluating technology needs, understanding business requirements and helping organizations identify appropriate technology solutions. Candidates will conduct technological assessments, analyse market trends and industry practices, and provide recommendations for technology investments. The position also involves preparing business cases for technology investments and supporting the evaluation and integration of technology systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technology Assessment: Conduct technological assessments.
- Business Case Development: Develop business cases for technology investments.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and industry best practices.
- Recommendations: Provide recommendations for technology solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements; Understand business needs and translate them into relevant requirements.
- Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of technology systems; Support the integration of technology systems.
- Vendor Evaluation: Assist in evaluating technology vendor proposals.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare reports for stakeholders and management; Present reports to senior management.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics.
Experience: Freshers.
