Job Description
For the Genpact Walk-in Drive 2026, the team is hiring Technical Support Agents to provide technical assistance for hardware products. You will support queries related to NUCs, Processors, Wireless, Graphics, and Ethernet Products via call, chat, and email. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, performing Remote Access Sessions (RAS), and creating knowledge base articles. Candidates are expected to handle approximately 30 to 35 calls a day and follow up on cases to ensure resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Resolve queries for hardware (NUCs, Processors, Graphics, Ethernet) and OEM products via call, chat, and email.
- Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting to fix customer issues effectively.
- Remote Support: Conduct Remote Access Sessions (RAS) via chat and phone when required.
- Case Management: Handle 30–35 calls/day and follow up on cases via email and phone.
- Documentation: Create knowledge base articles for handled queries to improve internal resources.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Any Graduate (Law/Diploma excluded). B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc Computer Science graduates are preferred.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of Desktop/Servers and Hardware (NUCs, Processors, Wireless).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
Competencies:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to handle client interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate good analytical skills.
