Job Description

For the GlobalLogic Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking freshers to perform deep-dive analysis on map defects and opportunities. You will focus on critical aspects of the global maps ecosystem, including ETA, traffic, routing, places, and navigation. This role requires performing high-accuracy repetitive tasks, processing data, and conducting quality checks. You will investigate issues reported by product and engineering teams and track work patterns to meet strict productivity targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Map Analysis: Analyzing complex datasets to identify anomalies, defects, and trends in the global maps ecosystem.
  • Reporting: Generating actionable insights and weekly reports for leadership.
  • Issue Investigation: Investigating issues from product and engineering teams with detailed analysis.
  • Data Processing: Performing high-accuracy repetitive tasks, data processing, and quality checks.
  • Compliance: Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and compliance guidelines strictly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and suggesting process improvements in a dynamic, R&D-driven environment.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: A graduation degree in any stream from a recognized institution. (Note: You must have your Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo ready).

Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience. Immediate joiners only.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to detect meaningful patterns and anomalies
  • Basic understanding or willingness to work with GIS (Geographic Information Systems)

Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts (Mandatory: 5 working days, 2 weekly offs)
