Job Description
For the GlobalLogic Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for candidates to work on the vital process of labeling and annotating data. This data forms the foundational training set for advanced AI and machine learning models. No prior knowledge of data annotation is required, as thorough training will be provided. You will manually label diverse data points, including text, audio, video, and images, strictly adhering to established guidelines. Your work ensures that AI models receive consistent, high-quality, and correctly categorized data to learn from.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Labeling: Manually label and annotate data points (text, audio, video, and images) according to specific guidelines and instructions.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the consistency, correctness, and high-quality standards of labeled data.
- Data Gathering: Assist in gathering non-personal data for AI model development, such as audio clips, images of receipts, buildings, roads, and vehicles.
- Task Execution: Operate effectively under supervision, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Content Interpretation: Read, decode, and interpret written content accurately. Listen to and correctly interpret audio messages.
- Descriptive Writing: Describe pictures, videos, or audio clips using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Work Conditions: Must be ready to work from the office in Gurgaon. Must be open to working in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in operating laptops/desktops and familiarity with MS Office / Google Suite.
- Excellent focus on repetitive work with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Speedy learner with strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot annotation challenges.
- A strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data processing is highly beneficial.
