Job Description
Goldman Sachs Recruitment 2026 is hiring for the AWM Management-F&S Analyst position in Bangalore. The role is part of the Finance function supporting Asset & Wealth Management (AWM). The position involves financial analysis, profitability analysis, forecasting, business intelligence, management reporting, strategic analysis and working with significant volumes of financial and operational data. Candidates with strong quantitative and analytical abilities, financial modeling skills, Business Intelligence experience and an interest in Asset Management, Investment Banking or Management Consulting can be particularly well aligned with this position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Participation: Participate in Finance projects supporting Asset & Wealth Management.
- Expertise Development: Develop expertise in financial data, financial systems and operating infrastructure.
- Relationship Building: Establish relationships across the business and relevant divisions.
- Communication: Communicate financial and analytical findings effectively.
- Decision Support: Support financial and strategic decision-making through detailed analysis.
- Data Management: Work with significant volumes of data and systems.
- Presentation: Present analytical findings and highlight their broader commercial and strategic impact.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Postgraduate qualification in Finance or a related field such as MBA, M.Fin, MSF, PGDM or PGFM. Chartered Accountants (CA) can also apply.
Experience: 0–2 years of work experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Ability to build and work with complex financial and analytical models.
