Job Description
For the Google Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Web Application Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web applications deployed on cloud infrastructure. You will work with product managers and technical leads to deliver implementations that meet evolving business needs. The role requires leveraging Cloud Platforms to build scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, channel partners, and systems integrators to deliver high-quality web applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Application Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform.
- Collaboration: Working with product managers and technical leads to deliver implementations.
- Cloud Leveraging: Using cloud platforms to build and deploy scalable web applications.
- Client Focus: Understanding client requirements and translating them into functional web applications.
- Cross-Functional Work: Collaborating with geographically dispersed teams and third-party developers.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Experience with Angular (Frontend Framework).
- Experience with a Public Cloud Provider (specifically Google Cloud Platform).
- Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Competencies:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications.
- Understanding of Authentication and Authorization (OAuth, SSO).
- Ability to learn new and emerging technologies in the cloud space.
