Job Description

For the Google Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Web Application Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web applications deployed on cloud infrastructure. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Application Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaboration: Working with product managers and technical leads to deliver implementations.
  • Cloud Leveraging: Using cloud platforms to build and deploy scalable web applications.
  • Client Focus: Understanding client requirements and translating them into functional web applications.
  • Cross-Functional Work: Collaborating with geographically dispersed teams and third-party developers.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Angular (Frontend Framework).
  • Experience with a Public Cloud Provider (specifically Google Cloud Platform).
  • Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Competencies:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications.
  • Understanding of Authentication and Authorization (OAuth, SSO).
  • Ability to learn new and emerging technologies in the cloud space.
