Job Description
For the Syniverse drive, the company is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join their Graduate Apprentice Program. During this 12-month period, you will work in different functional areas and be actively involved in day-to-day business projects.
This program is designed to develop your competencies and skills through a combination of assignments. You will assist within relevant departments while also learning about other aspects of the company, benefiting from professional coaching.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Syniverse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Rotational Work: Working in different functional areas to gain holistic business exposure.
- Project Assistance: Assisting within the relevant department on day-to-day business and projects.
- Documentation: Preparing presentations and completing evaluations and assessments as assigned.
- Learning: Attending training sessions to gain the knowledge needed to succeed.
- Implementation: Accepting, responding to, and implementing feedback offered by mentors.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Syniverse drive, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:
- Educational Background: Full-time graduates in:
- Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security.
- Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related STEM fields.
- Academic Record:
- First Class throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation).
- Must have passed each semester/year in the first attempt only with NO backlogs.
- Year of Passing: Graduates cannot exceed 3 years of completing their college education.
- Required Skills:
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Excellent organizing and communication skills.
- Interest in the Technology/Telecommunications industry.
