Job Description Summary:
All resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers’ site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities, and field services engineering. Accountable for the quality of own work, subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions /systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework with a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks.
Job Description:
- Maintaining all models specific to Multi-Modality Imaging Equipment in the assigned area.
- Total system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
- Ensuring timely completion of FMIs (Field Modification Instructions) and PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) inspections documentation.
- Resolving issues using established procedures, consulting supervisors for complex issues.
- Collaborating with GE customers and exchanging technical information.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient level of training in respective modality and models (part of the training program).
- Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/technical qualification with relevant experience).
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Cut off: 70% and above; No backlog history.
