Job Description
For the Invesco Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is looking for trainees who will learn the end-to-end Invesco business model. You will work within the Marketing Organization or other business units, gaining exposure to product, investment, sales, and operations. Roles and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Invesco, your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning & Growth: Learning the end-to-end Invesco business model (Product, Investment, Sales, Operations) and growth strategy.
- Contribution: Contributing to team goals and achieving individual goals assigned during the program.
- Collaboration: Building long-term working relationships through excellent communication with global stakeholders.
- Analysis: Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating information using SQL and Excel.
- Innovation: Challenging the status quo and promoting continuous improvement.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Invesco Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: B.Tech (2026 Batch) in CS, IT, or Electronics (EC).
- Academic Record: 60% or equivalent CGPA throughout 10th and 12th.
- Backlogs: No current backlogs at the time of application.
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Basic level SQL skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and desktop tools.
- Analytical skills to translate technical and business requirements.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, high learning agility, and ability to multi-task.
