Job Description
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in R&D at WIKA, you will be heavily involved across the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring the successful launch of high-quality electronics. Your responsibilities span from initial concept creation to finalizing design plans. This includes designing, developing, and launching innovative electronic products specifically tailored for the industrial instrumentation market, building functional prototypes, and conducting thorough testing to validate designs. You will also ensure a smooth and efficient transition of developed products into the final manufacturing and production stages.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Design: Designing, developing, and launching innovative electronic products specifically tailored for the industrial instrumentation market.
- Lifecycle Management: Taking active involvement across the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept creation to finalizing design plans.
- Prototyping & Testing: Building functional prototypes and conducting thorough testing to validate designs.
- Production Transition: Ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of the developed products into the final manufacturing and production stages.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must hold a B.E or B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience: Freshers are eligible and encouraged to apply.
