Your Team
The Invesco Technology Associates Program provides an opportunity to rotate through various teams, gaining real-world experience in areas like Engineering/Development, Infrastructure, Strategy, Innovation and Planning, Enterprise Architecture, ServiceNow, Server Virtualization, Enterprise Monitoring, Cloud Infrastructure, Business & Technology Process Automation, Database administration, and CMDB.
Your Role:
- Complete required classroom training and solve business problems through case studies.
- Participate in 2-3 rotations within the Technology organization over the program's course.
- Learn the end-to-end Invesco business model and growth strategy.
- Participate in cultural, technology, and management training.
- Collaborate with iTAP Sponsor(s), personal Invesco mentor, and relevant business and HR personnel.
- Coordinate, organize, and prioritize operations or projects with a focus on results.
- Build long-term working relationships through excellent communication.
