Job Description
For the HPE Recruitment 2026 drive, the company is seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to build mission-critical applications from the ground up. You will bring technical thinking to engineer new ideas for solving, prototyping, and implementing cloud-based solutions.
As a Cloud Developer, you will collaborate with project managers and development partners to ensure the effective delivery and operation of Cloud engagements. This role requires a security-first mindset and fluency in Microservices and Distributed Computing.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Software Engineer at HPE, your key responsibilities will include:
- Module Development: Developing and maintaining cloud application modules adhering to feature specifications and security policies.
- Testing & Automation: Designing test plans and executing/automating test cases for assigned applications.
- Deployment: Deploying code and debugging issues in a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment.
- Innovation: Sharing and reviewing innovative technical ideas with peers and high-level technical contributors.
- Analysis: Analyzing engineering and business data processing problems to implement solutions for complex application issues.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for HPE Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience: Typically 0-2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Programming proficiency in Python, Java, Golang, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of basic testing, coding, and debugging procedures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices like CI/CD.
- Knowledge of Cloud Architectures and Microservices.
