Job Description

As a Graduate Specialist – Product Development, you will work alongside experienced developers to build, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications. The position has a strong frontend development focus, using Angular to develop responsive interfaces and integrate backend APIs. You will also gain exposure to Java and Spring Boot development, assisting with backend services and implementing CRUD operations, while working with MSSQL databases.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Angular v12+. Implement Angular UI components, forms, and data-binding functionality. Integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications. Follow UI/UX standards and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Backend Development: Assist in developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Implement CRUD operations and participate in REST API development. Work with Hibernate/JPA for database integration. Support bug fixes and performance improvements.
  • Database Development: Write basic MSSQL queries, stored procedures, and database views. Assist with maintaining database consistency. Test interactions between APIs and databases. Learn and apply basic query optimization techniques.
  • Development Practices: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews. Follow Agile development practices and internal coding standards. Collaborate with frontend, backend, and QA teams. Contribute to the development of enterprise software modules.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience: 0–1 year of experience, including relevant academic or internship exposure.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Angular.
  • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
  • Database: MSSQL, SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and relational database concepts.
  • ORM: Basic understanding of Hibernate/JPA.
  • Version Control: Git and GitHub.
  • Development: Understanding of software development fundamentals and CRUD operations.
  • Agile: Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership of assigned tasks.
