Job Description:
For the Pentair Recruitment 2026 drive, the company is seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee Engineer (GET) to join their team in Goa. The selected candidate will undergo a 1-year training period providing comprehensive exposure to plant operations and related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Undergoing on-the-job training in Plant Operations and manufacturing processes.
- Assisting in daily production planning, quality control, and maintenance activities.
- Learning about industrial safety standards and compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Executing tasks assigned by mentors and supervisors within the stipulated time.
- Participating in improvement projects (Continuous Improvement/Lean).
Skills and Eligibility Criteria:
